We had a major crack in the foundation wall of our basement. I call Original Plumbing Co. and Adam came out and gave a quote that matched what my budget would allow. His customer service skills are great and his guys were on time and finished the waterproofing without any hassle and cleaned up when the job was done. I would use them again for sure!

Adam did an amazing job with replacing our toilet with a dual flush efficient one. He also fixed minor leaks and a valve that kept running for no extra charge!!! I had quotes from 3 other companies and Adam's price was the best! He was professional, on time, and friendly! He even cleaned up the site the way it was before he came (that includes disposal of my old toilet, the box of my new one, etc)! A++ and would definitely use his services again + highly recommended! I called the Original Plumbing Co a crew of 4 guys came in to do an internal drainage system they were very polite and professional and they helped to explain how the system was going to work. Removed and reinstalled my water heater without any additional costs. After the work was completed the job site was clean. The pump they installed came with a backup sump jet that runs off of the water main which saves me hydro usage, at no extra cost. Perfect service. If you need waterproofing done on your house I recommend these guys.

I noticed some water leaking in my basement wall, I called up a couple contractors to get some quotes. I then reached the Original Plumbing Co and Adam explained to me why I had water problems, my blocks were pushed in the wall causing numerous cracks. I chose the Original plumbing Co. because of their knowledge of the situation and they pushed out the blocks and reinforced the walls. They were very honest, professional, and reasonably priced. They arranged an electrician to put in an outlet for the sump pump and moved the hot water tank off the wall in order to do the work without me having to look for and hire several contractors. I was extremely pleased with their honesty and workmanship.

I discovered a leak in one of my pipes under my bathroom sink , so after calling a few plumbing companies I came across 'The Original Plumbing Co'. The office administration was very professional and polite , quick to contact the plumber to come help me with the leak. The plumber then showed up within 40 mins and was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was able to replace my pipe and charged me a very good price. I also really liked that after the job was completed , the office administration called me and followed up , asking me if I was satisfied with their service and thanking me for my business. I highly recommend this company to everyone .

I noticed water in my basement. I thought it was a waterproofing issue. I called several waterproofing companies to get quotes. Then I called the original plumbing co. I am extremely happy with the honesty and professionalism. It happened to be that I didn't have a foundation leak like the other companies mentioned that was wrong.
I had a big gap in my cast iron plumbing stack. Adam was very professional and quick to address and fix the problem.

I was very happy with this company as they came quickly, the plumber was friendly and I thought the price was fair. I will definitely be calling them if I need a plumber in the future

I called over 20 companies until I found The Original Plumbing company. The office staff was very friendly and courteous and they were able to send me a fantastic plumber 2 hours later. The plumber (Adam) fixed the problem my horrid contractors did - Adam fixed the leak, bought the proper parts that met the condo code, and sacrificed his personal schedule to do this on time. He even followed up by phone and answered my questions after hours. Definitely will use their services again.
