Hi Jad. It is unfortunate that you did not understand the contract you signed with us. When you called we told you that the price we quoted you was guaranteed. We never change a price on our customers. I mean never! You even signed our simple contract agreeing to ship a certain list of items. When we got to your home you decided to ship a substantial amount of more stuff. The driver even told you that shipping more items than we agreed upon would incur greater costs. You still decided to ship those items. Of course when we give a quote for a list of items it does not mean you can ship anything you want for the same price. Everybody's home has a different list they are shipping that is why we make a contract spelling out exactly what we agreed upon. Which you signed.
