Keith did what none of the other servicemen I contacted could or would do - fix my problem without ripping holes in my basement drywall. The others all said they would have to do that and one said it was better to just leave it as is.
I was at my wit's end because a photographer was coming to take pics of our house for our real estate agent on Friday, and our stove was sticking way out past the counter, looking ridiculous. I called Keith Tues evening and he came out on Wednesday and took care of the problem without disturbing a fibre of drywall.
(The issue was that we had bought a new electric stove and the gas pipe that ran behind it towards the bbq stuck up 10 inches from the floor. The new stove only had a 7 inch space at the back so the stove couldn't be pushed flush with the wall.)
Not only did Keith fix the problem but he did so for much less than the other technicians would have charged to fix it. Plus I would have had to repair the drywall afterwards!
If that weren't enough, there was another problem that would have interfered with the stove fitting flush. Not only did Keith take quite a bit of extra time and effort to take care of it but he did so without charging me extra.
I can't tell you what a weight off my shoulders this was and how much I appreciated Keith's expertise and finesse, and lack of any interest in gouging his customers. I am so grateful.
