The quality of the work was exceptional. We were very pleased. But I was most appreciative of the custom advice. We only had a high level idea of what we wanted in terms of AV and home security. Monitor 24-7 interpreted our needs and came up with a design and products that fit our budget. They were also most accommodating working around our young children and work from home schedules. We had a high trust factor and no qualms about have the team in the house without us. Highly recommend. Joseph
