I hired Royal Work for drain work in the basement. Competitors were significantly cheaper but I went with Royal hoping for a better quality job and finish.
Disappointingly. the job was not done properly and had to be redone arriving at a sub-optimal but working finished product.
I would still rehire and recommend Royal to the home star community on the basis that Anatoliy responded well to my concerns and sent a new tech to perform repairs promptly. This is in my experience is a welcomed change to most contractors that would be dismissive of concerns and provide only false reassurance.
