Rob was prompt, thorough, gave a guarantee of his work, kept to his quoted price even when the job took longer than he had predicted, even loaned us his saw to take down a mice-attracting branch of a tree...Absolutely trustworthy and totally helpful. (He has removed a wasp nest for us and done carpenter ant treatments at our house too.) I would recommend Pest Maven to my fussiest friends. And this is the first online recommendation for anyone I have ever given!!!
