Rob was very professional and personable. He came out to asses the area where rate were getting into our garage and made it work with our busy schedules. Right away he was able to point out the access point where they were getting in and close them off. We were rid of our pest problem in only a few weeks and he was the most competitive price with the longest warranty around. I'd highly recommend his services for any of your pest control needs.

Rob is very pro and willing to educate me with lots of info such as rats habit etc. He found the roots at first visit.

Today is his follow up visit in such pouring day, he removed the dead rat and took him another hour to remove one way door and sealed the holes on roof.

His charge is very reasonable not to mention the 1-year warranty.

Rob at The Pest Maven was referred to us by our friend Vince who does landscape work for us sometimes. We had an ant problem and Rob dealt with that thoroughly using human/pet safe materials. A few months later we were visited by a pack of rats who had taken up residence in our shed. Rob gave us options for rat removal and we decided to capture and release them. Rob provided fantastic cages with peanut butter and in less than one week we had caught and released five rats. We did have to travel the rats each time we caught them to rural locations minimally 5k from our home, but it was easy and a bit of an adventure. Rob could have provided that service but we chose to handle it ourselves. Rob is very personable and always gives us choices. He is a fabulous pest maven.

We woke up today, saturday nov 21, to the sounds of a woodpecker digging a hole in our house. It digged a hole and was about to nest for the winter. google searched for an animal control company as I had previous bad experiences. Rob answered and showed up within an hour. The job was done in a timely manner and meticulously. Highly recommeded!

Rob and Tony came by 4 different times to access a very high section (35+ feet!) in my roof where a family of squirrels had taken up residence. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to resolve the issue at a more than fair price. I would definitely call Rob again and highly recommend them.

Rob and his team member were very helpful and extremely professional from start to finish. On both appointments, they arrived ahead of schedule and assess the problem efficiently and found a solution. They ensured that there were no more rodent activities and also made repairs to the house to prevent future populations from entering. They are very easy to talk to and offered many helpful suggestions. Excellent professionals and a great experience that we'd like to share with others.

Rob is great and I have already recommended his services to others. I have used him 3 times and he is very nice to deal with. He is very fair with pricing and has fixed other issues that he noticed (wasps nest) at no extra.

Rob was great and both him and his employee answered all my questions very thoroughly. I had called about 9:30am and they came out the same day by 11:30. I have high anxiety with spiders and am very reactive to bites and they were really helpful and dealt with all of my concerns.

Rob was very courteous on the phone and was able to come solve our wasp problem earlier than other companies I called. The wasp nests were within the structure of the house and it is very hard to get to, Rob had to take off the ceiling and see where the nests were. Luckily he is a handyman as well and was able to take off the ceiling without any damage. He sprayed some insecticide at the crack (wasps' entrance). Two days later I called him again because there were still wasp activities around the crack, although less. He came the next day and killed the rest of the wasps for free. The rate he charged is very reasonable, and he also gave us a yellow jacket trap for free. =)
