Rob the company owner answered the phone on the first ring! He was able to be at my home within 2 hours to deal with some large and small wasps nests I had! He was late but sent a text to let me know,which to me is a sign of a great business that values its customers time as well!! Rob is knowledgeable and offered some great solutions to my ant and wasp problems! Highly recommend this company for all your pest problems!

We called Rob at Pest Maven to help deal with our roof rat issue. We previously used a "budget" pest control person and he came by, set up traps, and visited weekly for three weeks to remove/replace traps as needed. Lo and behold, the rats were back within two months.

This time, we wanted something more than just traps, so we called Rob. He was responsive, setting up an appointment time within a few days, and when he arrived, he was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He looked around our attic, set traps, and then immediately spotted the hole the rats made to get into our attic. Rob installed a one-way door to allow rats out, but to prevent them from coming back in - no poison, no mess, and completely effective! We heard a little scratching a week later, but nothing since (we've been sleeping without earplugs again for about 2 weeks).

Rob came by for a second appointment to ensure nothing was in the traps and to remove the one-way door and seal the hole, as well as to repair an area nearby where the rats tried to make another hole.

Would not hesitate to call Rob again and will certainly be recommending him to our friends/family!

I had Rob deal with a few issues a couple of months back.
He did the work in a courteous and punctual manner and the price was as quoted.
One of the flash tapes (to deter birds) had been torn by the wind, and a woodpecker started to drill into the wood siding.
I called Rob and he showed up on Sunday and installed addition flash tapes, and repaired the damage.
This work was done at no cost to me.

I called Rob to help me with the rodent problems at my house. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and very friendly. We found a dead rat just two weeks after his first visit although no luck on the mice so far. He not only helped me with my rat/mice problem, but also helped me with the annoying flicker problem.
