Fantastic service. Over the last few yeas we've had to deal with ants and wasps. The company has been great each time. Their guarantee means just that; if the pests aren't gone, they happily come back to try something else. We had an emergent issue once and they made a real effort to move around clients to fit us in. Definitely our go to.

The nest was effectively treated. The company are following up on some issues I had with the performance of the wasp trap that the technician recommended. They have offered to return to rectify those issues.

We had noticed an increasing number of wasps entering and exiting through a pipe in one of our exterior walls, they had someone come by same day to take a look. They confirmed that our unwelcome visitors were in fact wasps, and got rid of them and set expectations on what we'd likely see in the next few weeks as some wasps returned and what we could do. It was a quick and easy service, and ultimately, one I hope I don't need to use again. The technician was friendly and helpful and fast.

The Exterminators Inc. are very professional and polite. They give detailed information about what to do, in preparation for the treatment and also what to do, after the treatment. They were very professional, respectful and polite, whenever I have called to ask anything, that I was unsure of. They answered my questions before the treatment and after the treatment, always in a respectful, pleasant manner. The exterminator who came to our house, was also very polite, respectful and professional. He went into detail as to what he was doing, and going to do. I was paranoid thinking that our place was not prepared enough, for the treatment, but he made us feel, positive and relaxed; that it's not a big deal, and that everything was prepared enough, for the treatment. Even when I phoned, The Exterminators Inc. to verify some things that I wasn't sure about before the treatment, and because I was worried also, that the place was not prepared enough; they also made me feel positive and confidant; that it's not a big deal, and preparation, is simple and basic and there's nothing to worry about. Also, from the time that we came back into the house, right after the treatment, we noticed less cockroaches immediately. It has continued that way, up to this point; and we had the treatment done, only a few days ago. Even the air in the house, seems clearer too, since the treatment. I would recommend The Exterminators Inc. to anyone because not only do they care about their customers, their treatment to get rid of the cockroaches, seems to be quite effective.

The Exterminators are just the best! We had a problem with local rats where we live in the Bloor West Village/West Toronto Junction area and they responded immediately. Within weeks the problem cleared up. They also provided expert professional advice to mitigate the problem in the future. We highly recommend these guys as they know their business and are highly responsive! We would hire them again in an instant!

at first the service was great - I called - someone came over and did the initial work - pleasent guy - I paid that day -

there was a follow up work needed to actually close the hole in my wall - i called the company MULTIPLE times - spoke to the main guy a few times, he said he would call back - and then i left messages - as I still have a hole in my back wall - that needs fixing - no response from the guy.. what a waste of paying for this - - I know there was an additional fee to close the hole - no problem. I already paid $350 and they still didnt bother to call me back - very dissatisfied -

As part of my renovation company I manage rental properties and The Exterminators are a great choice. The tenants were put at ease and I haven't heard anything since! Fast and efficient.
