What a total clown show this company is! Replaced furnace and added an air conditioner. Installed the wrong equipment and had to argue with the installers to get what I am now stuck paying for, not to mention the horrible job installing the outside unit. Have never received a monthly statement but received a call demanding payment despite setting up auto payments. Finally had someone reach out to apologize for all the screwups and offered a credit but never received it. Took another month to get it applied but now have late charges for the missed payments. When I inquired, the customer service specialist refused to resolve it.
I am now stuck with a seven year contract with a company that seems to pride itself in going out of its way to show how little they care about their customers. I regret ever calling them.
