Opener installation

Amazing service, very fast and reliable company.
I love my new opener, I can open and monitor the garage from my phone.
It's the second time I'm using the door master, when my spring broke they were the fastest to respond and show up.

On a weekend, Steve gave me a quote. Next weekend, Serge installed new mechanism, programmed Universal openers in car and phone app. On time and excellent service! Nothing more to ask.

Garage Door Opener Installation Help

I needed help adjusting the torsion bar to make space on the left side of the door for my wall mounted garage door opener installation.

I issued a ServiceRequest on Homestars on Saturday evening and received a call on Sunday morning. Steve arrived at my door and offered to cut off the offending excess torsion bar and even went so far as fully mounting the motor unit on the wall and connecting it to the shaft. He even offered a bunch of tips regarding common pitfalls encountered during installation.

Overall the service was very professional, quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely use the Door Master Inc. again for bigger garage door related issues.
