Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in

The company representative delivered a very sub-standard & poor quality cleaning on the 16th March. My effort to highlight the abysmal quality of cleaning was strongly ignored, with their staff claiming it is the best he could do. What is more disturbing is that his supervisor who I spoke with requested for photo evidence which I sent to him but was practically ignored.
I will recommend future potential clients reviews previous customers reports like this before entering a one chance situation where your money is taken and a damming poor quality work delivered.
