My sink had been running slow for months but had become completely plugged in the last week or so. After attempting to unplug the sink myself, I called several plumbers recommended on HomeStars. Drainsmith were the first to answer the phone or return my calls. I was able to get an appt for today, when I called this morning. James was punctual, early actually which is my preference. He took a look at what he was up against and returned to his vehicle to get the tools he would need. He was careful to make sure that he caught anything that came out of the drain. He snaked it 30 feet and was able to get the clog out. He then ensured that the drain was clear by doing first a trickle test, followed by a volume test. My drain runs better than it has for ages, and I am going to keep their number for my future plumbing needs. James did a fantastic job and I'm more than satisfied with his work, his customer service and have already recommended him to my best friend!
