Rory inspired trust from the first meeting. His quote was timely, very thorough and clear. He started the work when he said he would and showed up every day. I was never in any doubt that he knew what he was doing and was interested in making sure it was done correctly. He communicated every step of the way. He and Natty are a good team and work hard to keep the space very tidy. It was a pleasure having them in my home and I am very grateful to have found them. Thanks again you two!

Rory and assistant Natty did a great reno of our tiny attic shower. That tininess made for a very cramped workspace, but Rory is super organized and efficient and was completely unfazed by the logistics. TBH, I don't even know how they got the old tub out of there. There were one or two surprises behind the old tile, requiring replacement of two studs. He gave us good advice on selection of new tile and hardware. The grout work is a thing of beauty, and my new shower is a complete pleasure to use. All done for a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Rory assisted by Natty tore down our date basement bathroom and built a modern, stylish bathroom in its place. The work was finished in 4 weeks - as originally estimated. Rory was a pleasure to work with and really knows what he is doing. His initial guidance helped us make all the necessary purchases and design choices. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and our guests love it too. I would not hesitate to reach out to Rory again for any future bathroom work.

Rory completed our small en-suite 4-piece bathroom a few months ago. The small space was awkward for him to work in but we are extremely pleased. His professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail are superb. His tile laying is exceptionally fine, smooth, spaced and laid perfectly. We recommend Rory without hesitation for any bath renovation. He is also a very nice person to have working in your house.

Rory did our bathroom 4 years ago. I recently had another of my bathrooms done by someone else highly recommended by a trusted friend of ours. I very much regret not going with Rory. Rory is trustworthy and pays attention to the small details. I thought this recommended person was like Rory - that everything would be done as it should be without me hovering over and constantly watching. To my regret, this new guy was no Rory. Our new bathroom on the surface looks great, but I am having issues with water stains. There is a leak somewhere, there are a couple of tiles that are not cut evenly, etc. I should have gone with Rory - all the little details matter- water is unforgiving and will find its way through sloppy/careless work.

Replaced my bathtub shower with a walk-in shower and couldn't be happier with Rory's work. He is very friendly and his attention to detail is incredible. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of bathroom renovations.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Rory. He is definitely the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is reliable, informative and so easy and pleasant to work with. He did a full bathroom renovation in my master bathroom and it looks absolutely perfect. He is a perfectionist and his work reflects that. Looking forward to using him again in the future.
