Between the first time I spoke to Sam and the installation of my A/C, 3 days passed. Competitive price and Sam is responsive. Like all sellers, be informed before discussing. The most important was the installation technicians, Ben and Hassen. Ben is very competent and knows his work well. Both polite, smiling, respectful of my house and efficient. 4 hours for removal of old AC and installation of new one.
