I originally questioned all of the positive reviews that seemed to start with "Sam showed up ...Sam did this Sam did that....." I was a bit suspicious of phony reviews, BUT.......
Sam showed up closer to 12 than 2 in the 12-2 window we talked about. He called 30 minutes before as I'd asked. He started by cleaning my AC (in the midst of a bunch of weeds, some of those with thorns) with a garden hose - he was right in there and not afraid to get dirty. He quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty capacitor, which got the ac running again. (and replaced all of the contacts on the wires) He then serviced the furnace and cleaned it same visit when I asked.
Great service, very professional, and takes pride in his work (not a lot of others would have taken the time to replace the contacts on the wires). He'll be my go to Toronto HVAC guy from now on.
