Sam was prompt and very informative regarding the model and rebate program yet not aggressive to try to sell their product. He is professional and the price he gave us was competitive.
The installation technicians did great job despite having minimum space to work with. Not only they finished on time but also cleaned up afterward.
After we got a new furnace, I mentioned to my next door neighbor how satisfied we were. He was convinced and got his new furnace two weeks after !!
