Extremely disappointed with the service and responsiveness from "Optimal" Air. They charged me almost $300 to come to my condo to diagnose the problem with my HVAC unit on Oct 13 (no problem with that part). After following up for a second time on Nov 7, I was told they can't help me and I am to seek out the assistance of an HVAC designer. Thanks for taking a month to tell me you are of no use whatsoever. Very impressive.

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the followup time. Your situation is very rare and complex which required more work with the suppliers and a longer turnaround time than what I would have liked. The available options would not have been suitable for your application without the system being redesigned. Unfortunately, the application needs to be re-engineered which we don't do as we are not an engineering company. I appreciate your feedback and will use this to make improvements going forward.
