My sister referred Tim to us to repair our 6 year old carpet that had several small and large ripples. Tim is courteous and professional. He was very efficient - working quickly and effectively. The final outcome was great - we are very pleased. Tim moved all the big furniture himself which is a huge bonus. His quote was fair and he emailed the invoice with his contact information at completion. Very nice guy - I would definitely refer Tim to anyone requiring this service.
