Tim did an excellent job installing replacement carpet patches in my water-damaged 15 year old berber carpet. It's difficult to even notice where the patches are! He provided a firm quote that was a fair price and there were absolutely no surprises. Tim arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to deal with and I will recommend him to others.

Found the name of Tim's company googling for Calgary experts at carpet stretching, came across him. Talked to him on the phone, he met me at our house to assess the situation and assured me he could take the ripples and waves out of our 7 year old carpet in our finished basement. He offered to do the work that afternoon and into the evening after a detailed explanation of what was involved and got to work. He was able to handle the job on his own quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the outcome - much better so far than I had thought would be possible. In a world where normally everyone promises more than they deliver and at prices inflated from estimates Tim was a breath of fresh air, only wanting to do expert work at an agreed upon price at a time that was convenient for us. I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone. I was very impressed with him and his expertise.

My sister referred Tim to us to repair our 6 year old carpet that had several small and large ripples. Tim is courteous and professional. He was very efficient - working quickly and effectively. The final outcome was great - we are very pleased. Tim moved all the big furniture himself which is a huge bonus. TIm is on time and professional. My dog ate part of the carpet on the stair well. I can tell that he has repaired many carpets and is very skilled at his job. I am impressed with his craftsmanship, and the carpet is as good as new.

I had a very poor carpet installer and have had two separate people come to try and restretch or fix the seams in the carpet. Tim basically repaired every room in the house. He is a very nice person. He shows up on time and does and excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the repairs and restretching that he did on our carpet. The original carpet layer basically did nothing right but Tim was able to repair ALL the problems including two sets of stairs! Thanks Tim!!

Tim did a fantastic job with my "challenging" carpets. He restretched upstairs and downstairs and was able to move the heavy items easily and effected a neat result. Tim was on time and his estimate was almost exactly what the final total was. Even though I botched the initial square footage for him and made him have to go get more materials!
The carpet is so much tighter now than it ever had been. And he gave us tips on how to remove the crease marks from being rolled up for so long.
And, Tim is such a nice guy to deal with!
