Poor installation of interlock tiles, numerous caps fell off shortly after installation.

Shawn agreed work was poorly done, agreed to come out and fix issues. Days, weeks, months went by with NO fix. He took the money and ran.

Do not use this company. BUYER BEWARE!

Tradesmen are skilled but pushed to the point where attention to detail is overlooked. Promises to fix but does not show up. I will not go back for future projects.

The patio and the bridge to the hot tub was perfect, the laneway and steps were fixed satisfactorily, the flagstone path installed. Unfortunately it took several weeks for the company to finish the job. The area around the patio did not get finished initially and the flagstone path had to be re-installed and additional sand put on the steps and laneway. In the end, the quality of the final projects was excellent and we were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Absolutely fabulous workers. Great planning, and great to work with. Work was on time and on budget. I would have given them 5 stars, but where these guys fall behind is follow-up. Some stones came loose and I have been calling for 1 1/2 years!!! Still can't get ahold of the head guy.
