Shutters & Blinds review in Whitby

After first phone call and pleasant text exchange, on December 2015 Adriano came to my house with sample shutters. We had discussed options for our entire house windows and trying to fit into my budget. He is very professional attitude and knowledgeable. After installed i had some issues and still not finish my work...I am not happy with the customer service and my work still not completed. I had too many issues with this company and I would not recommended!! .

$3,500.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

After first phone call and pleasant text exchange, on December 2015 Adriano came to my house with sample shutters. We had discussed options for our entire house windows and trying to fit into my budget. He is very professional attitude and knowledgeable. He brought many samples and gave many verities of options. He did not push me to choose any of the items and he helped me choose what the best quality is and what best for my house. I can see his professionalism and the way he handle customer so that feel very confident. i had placed the order right away without shopping around. His measurements were spot on and the product was exactly as explained. Mike arrives early afternoon on a Friday and 1.30pm we had shutters installed on our entire house. The windows were made to fit exactly and they look awesome!. I got and quality of work and material is #1. I would really appreciate their prompt customer service and professionalism. Thanks to both Adriano and Mike for making my house beautiful. Highly recommended!!
