Tiles R Us

There was excess grout that was left behind and hardened on top of tiles that needed to be removed. We brought in other companies to try to get the job done with no success. Tiles R Us not only said they could remove all the grout and leave the tiles clean, they guaranteed it. All the grout was removed as promised and the client was extremely happy with the job.

I hired Owen after reading the other comments on this site. He was courteous and promptly came by to give me a quote. He was here all day and did a fantastic job. We noticed a small problem after he left and he came back right away and repaired it . It was so refreshing to have such a great contractor that was so conscientious. We will definitely be referring Owen to others.

Owen's work was far beyond my expectation. He came and spent over 4 hours, non stop working on the tiles in the kitchen, dining and hallway, all high traffic areas. I was expected the black colour in between the tiles could be improved to "lighter black" or "dark grey" after cleaning. I was shocked when I saw grout all turned into the original light grey colour with no single dark spot, just like new! Several friends visited my home recently was surprised that grout cleaning has such a magic power!

Owen showed up promptly at 8:30 am and worked non-stop until he finished at 1 pm. He cleaned and sealed the tiles and grout in my kitchen and laundry room. My floors are 26-years-old and, except for high traffic areas where the lustre has worn off the tiles, my floors look like new. I had 240 square feet of area to be cleaned. Owen charged $1.75 per square foot. Owen was highly professional. He did a great job. I am very pleased with the results. I would strongly recommend Tiles R Us for tile and grout cleaning and sealing.
