Excellent service, my shower looks like new! Tiles R Us replied to my request right away and scheduled the job very quickly. All in all, a 5-star service for me. Owen and his team are hard-working, reliable, and very professional. Highly recommended.

TilesRUs regrouted my shower and resealed my bathroom and kitchen sinks, and I could not be happier with the results. They did this back in February, and every single day since then I have been so happy with the way my bathroom looks.

Having them do this work was worth every penny - and top of it they were professional and easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

This is our second hire of TilesRus and our last. TilesRus was hired to repair 5 sq ft of cracked and missing grout. The initial job attempts
failed to satisfy us. Unfortunately, after 45 days of trying to reconcile (redo or partial money return) we just redid the work ourselves. Pictures attached.

Only one tile was loose. I removed it, cleaned it and reattached the tile bottom to the floor, then grouted the area with the proper colour grout. We have had a few get togethers since the owners repair with much activity on the tiles since everyone hangs out in a kitchen.

If the one tile was removed and inspected by TilesRus the problem would have been noticed and dark grey colour grout applied this would have been resolved.

The TilesRus owner moved forward with the project. Then told the owners after the 40 minute job that the grouting would not hold up and the subfloor will need to be replaced. Ethically, why did he move forward in putting something that he did not believe would work (3hrs). We contacted the TilesRus owner the following day and after 45 days of nothing we had to move forward ourselves.

We had TilesRUs / MarluResto recently do a clean up, restoration and sealing on the grout in our walk in shower; polishing and resealing our kitchen granite counter tops, and cleaning, fixing the grout and resealing of the slate floor in our front hall. The work in the bathroom and kitchen was excellent as soon as it was finished. There was a problem with the type of sealant used in the front hall. The staff were responsive, professional and returned to fix the problem within 4 days. We are very happy with the result. Highly recommend!

My shower and bathroom floor are like new. I’m so pleased with how it turned out. I work from home and had a day off and it was completed in 3 hours, fast and well done. thank you!

For the exorbitant price paid, Owen's job is shoddy at best. Take a look at the pics attached. He demanded payment at once but it has been over 3 weeks and he has not shown up to fix the damages. He is giving us the runaround. Totally unreliable. I would not recommend his service to anyone. DO NOT HIRE.

TilesRus has done a fantastic job restoring our marble floors; and cleaning and re-caulking the shower. They worked very hard to ensure we were more than satisfied and have left us with marble floors that look brand new. The general manager, Owen, was very easy to work with. I appreciate the hard work, responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend TilesRus.

I was so happy to receive the flyer from TilesRUs as I hated looking at the areas of missing grout , dirty grout and tile and moldy chaulking in our two bathrooms and front entrance. Owen was awesome to deal with - Quick To respond and quick to come do the job. And he was done in one day. He was efficient and very pleasant and professional to deal with - plus he did a fantastic job! Amazing what a little tile rebuffing can do to a 15 year old shower! Great work! The guys were efficient, professional and friendly. The shower looks brand new. They take personal care to ensure its a great job - and it is!!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Owen did a fantastic job! He deep cleaned all tiles in 2 bathrooms: floor, bathtub, and shower. He removed mold, replaced broken grout and re-sealed. Bathrooms look brand new. I highly recommend.
