Very thorough and professional inspection followed with a very detailed Manual highlighting any issues which we were able to use to negotiate a better price from seller. Chris was great to work with, honest and knows his stuff. Was great having the Manual with all the details also as we were able to tackle the issues he pointed out within the first few weeks of occupancy.
