Amazing job cleared our basement drain full of roots and for reasonable price on a Friday night, I can't mention enough how well pleased we are to have such great people work for us in these day and age, we really appreciate everything Prompt Plumbing and Drains team did for us!!
(Lorenzo) I think was the man who did the Job. Forgot to get business card but definitely have # saved on my phone for future.
FYI As for other reviews on here? We Totally don't see how they are to be true at looking through comments??

Stay away!!! The plumber, Lorenzo (has no last name OR hides it) was clueless. My drain got clogged. Started by asking me which machine I wanted him to use. "Do you want me to use the big one or the small one? the big one costs more" Told him that he was the plumber and he should have known which tool to use.
To make long story short, he caused the drain pipe to collapse by using excessive power.
Lucky enough for me (according to him), HE FOUND SOMEONE THAT WILL SHOW UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND WILL REPAIRE (REPLACE) THE CLOGGED PIPE FOR ONLY $7500.00
YES FOR ONLY $7500.00
REFUSED TO DISCLOSE HIS INSURANCE COMPANY !!!
Sat at my table, banged his fists on the table and demanded that I pay him $650.00 for doing nothing except damaging my drain.
REFUSED TO LEAVE.
Left only after I called the police.

Amazing work, quick, efficient and clean. They are very honest. I have used them for my own personal properties and I also recommend them to all my clients to use. They have done some excellent work in our investment properties and have now become the only company we use for any type of plumbing service.

Excellent service, arrived exactly when they said they were going to. The men were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, took the time to explain everything they were doing. Finished up on time and did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend this guys to anyone and would certainly not hesitate to call them again myself if I ever have the need.

Lorenzo handled my enquiry courteously by phone and email and based a reasonable quote on photos I provided. The work was to replace a bathroom P-trap and outdoor faucet. The next day Mark came an hour early with prior call to assure this worked for me, did a fine job and was very pleasant. They merit the name Prompt and I will certainly call them for future needs.

I had these guys come fix my drain that was backup and they were fast and fair priced

I called and asked how much a service call cost and was told $89 and then they charge you $225 and claim they lowest price in Thornhill. Ordered a part that didn’t work and at the end of it was $400 out of pocket and problem has not been fixed

We had one of the plumbers come to the house due to my drains backing up in the basement
The guy that came (forgot his name) was great he took off his shoes at the front door which is unheard of from any contractor we have ever had and proceeded to investigate the issue.. he came back in with his tools and showed me every step of the way!! I had another issue with a dripping faucet and they fixed that too!! I would recommend this company any time!! By the way.. the plumber was abit late but they called to give a heads up which was amazing !

I was overcharged for the snake that is used to open the drain . I was charged 350 +45 ( Tax) total $395 for just inserting the snake without any camera . The drain was blocked again after 3 days this means the drain was not open properly. I called the company and Mr. Lorenzo replied . He said he would need to camera the drain and that it would cost me another $250 + tax . When I argued with him why he didnot use the camera in the first place to detect the problem and that I couldnot afford to pay $700 to open a drain and his plumver dinot do his job properly as the drain was blocked again after 3 days . He said he would send the plumber to reopen the drain .The plumber never showed up . I called again and Mr. Lorenzo replied. He said he would send the plumber but I have to pay him $50,00 outside the company services . The plumber never showed up . He was dishonest and careless and I do not advise anybody to deal with this company . Be careful

Found this company in a Google search. Told Lorenzo (the owner) over the phone that the plumber needs to bring supplies. I was told plumber would be here between 7 and 9am. The plumber showed up at 1130 and asked me where the supplies were. He had to leave and go by the supplies which took another 2 hours. Came back with the supplies and realized he needed something else and sent me to go buy it!!! There is nothing promt or professional about this company. A 2 hour job took all day. The owner didn't care at all. Stay far away from prompt plumbing and drains.
