Everyone I interacted with was very friendly right from the moment I spoke with the customer service agent.
Dale and his apprentice Danny were very professional, transparent and took the time to ensure I understand the billing process (no surprises). They even insisted they wear boot covers over their work boots when I said it wasn't necessary.
A couple of days after the work was completed we discovered there was another electrical issue at our house. Dale returned, quickly accessed the problem and dealt with it in a timely fashion.
