Dale and Danny were professional, fast, and very nice guys! They were informative about some other issues and costs, and we will be having them back for other lighting work! Super helpful and very clean! Price was fair for 4 rooms, and I couldn't be happier.

Contacted 24/7 got an immediate response and booking with the name of tec .and 1 hour arrival window was assured Davin would contact us if there was any change.Davin arrived promptly at 8am .He was very pleasant and professional ,discussed our concerns ,quickly identified the problems ,offered solutions .Davin thoroughly reviewed estimate costs ,warranties and once we approved he executed the repairs immediately .No muss no fuss ! I contacted 24/7 for some electrical work. I was expecting to have them come in, give an estimate and then have to come back and do the work. Davin arrived at 8:00 a.m. sharp and we walked through to have some wiring removed; electrical plugs fixed; electricity going to a washroom downstairs; replaced a GFI plug outside & installed a GFI plug outside. VERY Impressed with the work and the time it took him to complete. Pleasure to work with him and excited because I thought the electrical was in worse shape than what it is. Very happy that what I requested to be done is completed.

We were advised to replace a couple of outlets to GFCI outlets as they were in close proximity to water. We tried replacing the first one and it tripped the breaker. Shane arrived early the next morning and rewired/installed the GFCI outlets for us. Service was prompt and we really appreciated the quick response.

Dale determined what the issue was right away and quickly resolved. He explained everything he did and happily answered questions that I had. He was prompt and professional - have already recommended 24/7 Electric to family members.

Purchased a used house. Home inspection identified some deficiencies with the electrics had 24/7 come in and correct deficiencies plus add outlets in the basement as requested.

When I called Kristen she was knowledgable, promt and polite in helping me decide if I needed an emergency call or a simple appointment. Because of my issue with my main breaker she was able to have Davin and Danny here less than 2 hours after my initial call. And thank goodness she encouraged me to! I ended up having a main breaker that was arcing and could have ended up as an electrical fire! It wasn't cheap to replace but Davin was wonderful in explaining my options and what he would recommend. Can't say enough great things about their service today. Thank you!

Had electrical issues for a long time, Dale came over wearing shoe covers. He made sure i knew everything that was being done and how to prevent it from happening again. The wires were old and being overloaded by heaters which caused them to burn and melt. I only know all this because Dale took the time to explain everything, and i believe that is why people call professionals. I want peace of mind knowing it was done right and i know enough to prevent it.
