The Ductwise team were very communicative regarding the work entailed, costs, arrival time, etc. The crew who came to the house were polite, professional, and answered all my questions patiently. They also had before and after photos of the ducts to show me the work they did. Appreciate the service. Will recommend.

The service provided was amazing, the guys were very professional and nice, immediately after the cleaning was done I entered the house and the air was so fresh! My old house didn't smell anymore !
There was some duct pipes that were previously disconnected by the plumber and the operator connected them even though he had to crawl through a very tight and dirty crawl space to do it ! Price was comfortable and it felt like money well spent for sure.

They did a great job cleaning all ducts and my second floor dryer vent. The second floor dryer vent was incorrectly cleaned by a previous cleaner and they went above and beyond cleaning it and ensuring the vent was clear of any metal obstructions for the future.

They did their proper due diligence and even notified me of a leak in my furnace that needed further inspection. 10/10 would recommend.

They were very efficient and booked me that was accommodating for us. They kept us updated the whole time. Very friendly. I am definitely going to hire them again !

Arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned all ducts. The process as well as the reasons for each activity was explained.
A record of there service was left in visible place on furnace.
Best of all there were no hidden costs. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking similar service.

Great service from beginning to end -
Phoned for an appointment and received a choice of timings with minimal lead time. Clear quoting over the phone too.
The guys arrived during the scheduled window and worked efficiently, cleaning up after themselves and explaining what they were doing. They were careful around belongings and pets.
I took advantage of extra services (there was no pressure to do so, this was my choice) to clean dryer vent and vacuum as well as the main ducts service. I felt the price was fair for everything they did.

We had Phil and his partner in today to clean our ducts. They were great! Fast and efficient. Also, they really took the time to explain things to us as they went. Super helpful to us as new home owners. There is a massive difference in smell in here since they have worked their magic!
