Damian came on the time. The exact time you he said he would. Very professional and great work ethic. He gave us like pin point detail for the job ahead and what he's gonna do. Also the before and after pictures really put everything in perspective. The job was done greatly done and the peace of mind that the air in our home is clean an gonna be clean for a long time. Damion and Errol were very professional and thorough. They are passionate about the quality of their work...great job at competitive price. They cleaned our HVAC ducts, dryer vents and bathroom fans/vents. They also clean A/C unit and ensured we had new filters for HVAC and humidifiers. Happy to recommend them! Note that cost mentioned is for 2 furnaces with extra vents.

This is my first time of duct cleaning, Damian and his co-worker, they worked for 3hours and half without break, they always explained me everything with smiles. Damian explained me how to maintain the filter, how to deal with all the machines in my basement. My new home is about 9 years old, previous owner told me they did duct cleaning every year, There were the beer bottle and stone pieces in the duct. the previous owner hired wrong company. Damian found out all these things, He removed and cleaned all of them, As I read all the reviews on Home Star, I am really happy that I use this company service.

The 2 men (Damian/ Adrian) are very professional. Damian explained in detail what will be the process involved in cleaning the duct and shared lots of insights in how the cleaning will be done during that time.

They were very patiently and efficiently without rushing through the job. Damian explain every step what he is doing and provide impute in how to maintain a clean duct and furnace. Damian explain everything to you and answer any questions you might have. Damian showed me before and after pictures. .Damian is a true professional and takes a great deal of pride in what he does. Doing a great job is very important to Damian . As a customer, this is very important to me . I want someone that care in what he does.

i would definitely recommend Damian and Errol. There was a misunderstanding with my Groupon voucher, and Damian immediately wanted to resolve the issue. full marks to him on customer service and representing his company well. as for the service itself,, i am completely satisfied. the guys were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. i can honestly say that i feel Damian went above and beyond in all aspects. (respecting the and taking care, removing my disgusting humidifier filter! etc). these guys are the best, in my opinion.

The service technician (Damian Errol) was prompt and absolutely great with everything. He showed me what was going on w our house so I could fix any problems he saw, he took before and after pics to give me perspective on what he did and was overall an absolute delight to deal with. I would recommend him and the company to ANYONE.
