I recently moved to a new home that I knew desperately needed duct cleaning. I always research a company before I call and I had received several discounts in the mail. When I researched these other companies they had poor BBB ratings. Duct Cleaning Depot was a pleasure to deal with. The team (Damian and Arel) were both extremely professional and courteous. We had a scheduling challenge but the company went above and beyond to rectify it. This company is truly customer focused and they do an amazing job. I had a lot of dirt in the vents that was crusted on and they were able to get them clean and even shiny. Great work guys! I will definitely refer you and use you again.

I had my ducts cleaned on Monday November 20th 2014 by Damion. He was very pleasant to speak to and also very helpful by explaining to me how to maintain my ducts. He went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent service. I had a bird nest in my dryer vent he cleaned it and then returned the next day to place a mesh screen over it to ensure that birds wouldn't return to rebuild their nest. This is the kind of experience received. I am very happy and will recommend this company to all my friends.

Friendly and courteous workers. They were very thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. They took pictures before they started the job and when it was done to show us what was cleaned. I would highly recommend this company and especially Adrian Benjamin as he was such a respectable and professional individual.

Very friendly and professional service. Everything was explained regarding the process before getting started. They showed me exactly what was being taken out of the ducts via pictures and were very honest as to when the services would be needed again. Nothing was rushed and the workers took their time being thorough and completing the task. My house smells fresh and I feel relieved knowing that all that junk is no longer in the air I'm breathing. Duct Cleaning Depot was awesome in being able to squeeze us in during such a busy time for them. We didn't know what to expect as it was our first time using duct cleaning services. We are really impressed with Damian and Daniel's professionalism and punctuality. They came in, explained the entire process, set up, did the work, and cleaned up. Damian took time to take before and after photos which really gave us a good perspective on why this was really worth it! I found the pricing to be competitive compared to other companies. Damian even went out of his way to clean our furnace blower and provided tips for the maintenance of our furnace through the winter months. Definitely great service, I would highly recommend!
