He asked me a couple of questions over the phone and he gave me a quote on the spot. He was able to get me an appointment in the same week. He showed up on time on a Saturday and was fully prepared. He had all the tools necessary, proper safety equipment and even some extra parts that I needed. I did not have to go out and purchase anything. The tech was very knowledgeable, thorough and took his time. He double checked everything after hook-up and tested the appliances to ensure everything was working correctly before he left. The price I paid was the same as what he quoted me over the phone. I will use this company for all my homes in the future.
