Our 12 year old washing machine was leaking. I called Top Tech based on a recommendation. Technician came out within an hour of my call, diagnosed the cause, ordered the part, and installed it the next morning. Prompt, professional and honest service! I highly recommend this company!

Washing machine was not draining and I was unable to self repair this issue. I contacted TopTech late Saturday afternoon. They indicated a tech could arrive between 10-1030 am the next morning. Mors arrived comfortably within the time frame indicated. He had the problem fixed in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call them the next time I need appliance repair

Water dispenser in fridge wasn't working

Our side by side fridge has a water dispenser inside the door and it had stopped working. I sent Top Tech an email with the make, model. He asked me a few questions and he needed to see it to diagnose cause. He ordered a part and in a week's time came back and removed the problem part and replaced it. I works perfectly now!
The job was done right and Top Tech is extremely professional in how they do business and treat customers. 100% recommend.

Installation of Microwave Range

I called Top Tech Appliance based on all the great reviews! I contacted Mors on Monday and he came out on Tuesday to install my new microwave oven range. He came on time, did a fantastic job and was very courteous! I also had him look at another issue with my dishwasher and he gave me very honest advice on what to do. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him!

Repair leaking dishwasher

Dishwasher technician asked the right questions to troubleshoot my leak problem and arrange a repair appointment. He had to purchase a part and arrived when he said he would. The part was installed and everything worked perfectly!

Oven Repair

Our old oven's bottom element blew out. I emailed Toptech Mon and by Wed morning our element was replaced and our oven was working.
This is our third time using Toptech. He has previously fixed our clothes dryer and our dishwasher. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Always a pleasure to deal with. I consider ourselves lucky to have found Toptech.

Arrived on time, fixed the problem, reasonable price

Some cllothing got stuck In lint trap area. Fixing it required the dryer to be taken apart, cleaned and reassembled.
He did this efficiency and successfully.
And his charges were very reasonable.

Stove repair

We thought we had a problem with the dual burner on our glass stovetop.
Mors came and after inspecting the unit explained that the unit was cycling on and off normally and there was no need for a repair. We were not charged for the part and were only charged a small service fee.
We appreciate his honesty and competence. We would certainly recommend this company.

Over the counter installation for tenant

I rarely do reviews and this is officially my 2nd in 8 years. Mors installed an over the counter microwave for my tenant. Easy to correspond and schedule a day. He showed up on time and knew what he was doing. He explained to my tenant that he was surprised the microwave was not previously on a separate receptacle for the electric (which was just done days before), and obviously knew that it was something that was needed. This knowledge further confirmed my confidence in his expertise. Would use his services again.
