Had numerous phone calls in order to set up the job and get our business. Consult was done verbally over the phone. When the technician did come out he set up a one way door and said he would be back the following week to remove the door and seal off the opening. Of course we paid at the time. And it was not cheap.
It has been 4 weeks now and still a no show. I have called "Simon" several times and have gotten voice mail. No phone calls have yet been returned. I have better things to do with my time then have to follow up with businesses to get the job finished as promised.
Thought I would share because if I had seen the previous review on here indicating that once the money/payment was received they didn't hear back, I would have gone with another business.

In the case that we couldn't get a hold of you or did indeed miss the door kindly give us a call and we will have a technician follow up and remove if it hasn't been done already. But we do need your input in this matter as we need to confirm that all animals have exited effectively.
