We hired GTA General contractors to turn the condo space we purchased at hallmark building into a finished professional practice office. From the very start we had the pleasure to work with the owner Dino directly and also his son. we then were assigned a project manager ( Aneesh) and their architect Saba to work with us. They dquickly go started on our architectural drawing and got us the building permit. They started the project for us when permit was issued and finished the work in about 8 weeks. The project manager met with us every Friday mornin at 10am for a visit and review at the condo. Aneesh took care of everything and even gave us a nice gift package at the end. We have already started a process of a design for our cottage property with GTA general contractors also and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
