Edited review - see most recent regarding timely replies to my queries for my range. Needs to really bone up on customer service and quit making excuses all the time
Washer repair
Chris (the owner) was great. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and best of all, very personable and friendly.
He came by at the appointed time (in fact he was early) and you could tell just from watching him that this guy knows appliances.
He had all his tools, the required parts (which he had ordered) and had my washer up and running in no time.
One pleasant surprise is that he even dropped his prices on parts and labour from his original estimate after the work was done.
He's a real pro and I have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending Chris and Durham's Finest Appliance should you need an appliance repaired.
