Christopher arrived on time and began immediately to correct the problem. When finished he explained the problem(an older house) and how to prevent the problem in the future. He then proceeded to ask if anything else would be required or if there were any other problems. We requested a quote on another project and received the quote the next day. Overall we were very satisfied with his service.
