Chimney Cap blew off during Christmas, Hired Dynamic Brick and Stone to replace cap.
Devon was friendly, did the work in a timely manner. Am happy with the replacement.

I am very satisfied with the repair to the Chimney. Devon and his team could not repair the first time they came in, because there was a squirrels nest in it. Approximately three weeks later Devon came back promptly and finish the job. Devon demonstrated good work ethic.

Our west basement wall badly needed to be chipped out and re-parged, our front flagstone walkway needed to be pulled apart, re-levelled and mortared into place and two of basement window casings needed to be cemented back in. Excellent work in a timely manner with a fair price. Would recommend Dynamic Brick & Stone to anyone.

The brick on my chimney was coming off in layers so I called Devon & he
came to take a look at it promptly & gave me an estimate. He gave me three choices as to what to do. The first choice was to dismantle it completely right to the roof, the second was to dismantle it & leave a small part of the chimney & the third option was to rebuild it. I chose to
take it down & leave a small part as I did not need the chimney because I was converting to gas. As he & his partner were taking the caps off the top of the chimney, they discovered a crack in the chimney & it had a slight lean towards the house. He told me that it could fall onto the house so he supported the chimney & placed protection on the skylight
in case it should topple onto the house. Devon was able to complete the work without incident. I highly recommend Devon & his crew.

The owner of this company met with me when he said he would and gave a prompt quote for the job. He guarantees his work and follows safety guidelines for the work. His original dollar quote was cut almost in half when he discovered that the chimney was in better shape than expected. He offered to complete the original quoted work but offered another quote for a job requiring much less material and labour. The completed work was attractive and the clean up thorough. Refractory bricks in back of fire place needed repair. Dynamic were prompt in their responses to us, on site when they said they would be and good to deal with. Kept the work area clean and organized. Cost to complete work very competitive. Would highly recommend them.

Thank you to Devon and his Team for a fabulous stone work on our house! Old and deteriorated window boxes on both floors have been replaced with stone for a fresher look.
