Friendly staff from sales to installation. Only issue was where they cut the hole to access outside was in the roof in the shower. They put a cover over it but not sure if the seal will be good enough to keep moisture out!

From the very first contact, through to the quote and installation, I found everyone professional. The Salesperson was very thorough in understanding the configurations, challenges and parts requirements. The installers were highly trained and good at their job. Drop sheets were used, they cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly, both appliances are working fantastic.
I would recommend this company.

Installation of dual split AC units in bedroom and living room. Involved electrical work etc. The entire team (electrical and AC installers) were very professional, focussed, efficient and did a great job. They explained what was involved before getting started, and were there much longer than anticipated I believe. It was a long day for them but they kept going until everything was installed, working and tested. Also did a run through on instructions. Also had to deal with annoyed neighbour issues, and took all of that in stride.

We had Dave and his partner came and installed our AC. They are very professional work, nice and clean straight lines and well supported. Excellent craftsmanship.

Had AC installed. Rob the salesman straight up honest guy who wont BS you. Also had lowest price of 4 quotes.

Had Dave come and install. Very professional work,nice and clean straight lines and well supported. Excellent craftsmanship.

Had a small problem called Thompson at 7 pm, past closing hours, they had a tech,Correy, over at lunch the next day. Excellent troubleshooting had it fixed in under an hour and proved what was wrong. This means he didnt guess which is the mark of a pro.

Staff at office extremely polite and proffessional.

Honestly you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Charles was very helpful in explaining and making logical and cost conscious recommendations to me from the initial contact at the Coquitlam home show, to his onsite quotation and his on site visit mid-point while the work was in progress. He seemed to understand exactly what I was after. Roy was very efficient and as well very customer service focused by also answering my questions in detail. Overall a positive experience.

Thomson Industries was a pleasure to deal with. Warren was great when he came by for the quote. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and it made me feel very comfortable with the quality of this company. He had also brought good news with him informing me of all the rebates that I qualified for and that the office would take care of the paper work! The installation crew did a great job getting both the furnace and hot water tank installed in about 5 hours. They walked me through how to operate the new furnace and thermostat. In all, I am extremely satisfied with the work they did and the money I saved and will continue to save with the new high efficiency furnace and hot water tank!
