This is the SECOND renovation I have had Modern Design Kitchen and Bath do for me. This was an extensive renovation of a 3600 square foot home. All flooring, Kitchen, Bathrooms were all removed and replaced. Every aspect of the work was done meticulously to the highest standards. Very professional and yet such great people to work with and collaborate on solutions as things arise in the renovation. 10 out of 10. I HIGHLY recommend Modern Design Kitchen and Bath and would hire them again in a minute.

I worked with Modern Kitchen and Bath as well as Sky kitchen. (The price above is for just Modern Kitchen and Bath).
They replaced our kitchen floor that had been there since the house was built in the 50s and had many layers placed on top, as well as a tear down or existing original 50s cabinets. They took care of all the electrical as we wanted under cabinet lights and additional pot lights. They handled all the finishings.
They were easy to work with. We wanted a particular colour of hardwood to match the adjacent room and they ordered it and dealt with a challenging leveling issue.
We required an exterior door frame to be removed to enable getting out a too large fridge and that was completed and put back beautifully.
They were easy to deal with. Always completely cleaned up afterwards.
Im sure Ive forgotten something. Ill just leave it that they were great and I would definitely use again.

Raja and his team did an amazing job on our floors! They levelled the uneven sub floor in one of the rooms to prevent the flooring we choose from being laid out in an unsightly manner. The entire team worked efficiently, allowing us to have brand new floors within 2 days. They arrived early, cleaned up at the end of the job, and made sure to communicate continuously throughout the process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Modern design kitchen has completed Painting job to our house for both inside and outside work and have done a meticulous job . We are very satisfied with their work. Very clean .Just an overall great job and very professional people.

Very satisfactory work. Rajah and team are very personable, responsible, reliable, flexible, and perform good workmanship. Coordinate with other contractors such as tilers, electricians, plumbers, etc. seemlessly. Had done work renovating our kitchen, bathroom, and also similar projects for other members of our family over a number of years, wouldn't think of hiring anyone else.

I had a small load-bearing wall removed and finished up within a week and a half! I had a time crunch for this one and Raja and his team were able to deliver before we moved in.

This is a long overdue review. We were put in touch with Modern Design Kitchen and Bath from Sky Kitchens when we decided to do our kitchen renovation. We were pleased with the immediate response and quote provided and as the work progressed we added on more items to the list so we completed the entire main floor, doors, trim, crown moulding, painting, and floors! They were very accommodating and reasonable. There were some glitches along the way and some unclear timing of trades but other wise it was very well organized and we are pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to others and would use them again.
