Fence posts and shed foundation
I called to get sone fence posts holes drilled and set as well as 4 footings for a shed. Called several times day before to make sure it was booked and again morning of. I took the day off and at 7pm was called saying they couldnt make it. They came the next day at 6pm and did sloppy work. The fence posts were all at different heights and not very plum and did not line up . The shed foundation holes were not square or level with one another. I would never use them again!

It is unfortunate that we did not hear about your issues with the work until now. If you were not happy with the work we provided we would have been more then happy to rectify your issues.
With regards to the rescheduling, unfortunately, due to the nature of our work we do not provide exact times of when we will be there. As soon as we knew that were not going to be able to make it we did call you to let you know and rescheduled your appointment to the following day (had you told us you were taking the day off we would’ve taken this into consideration). Unfortunately, it is very difficult for us to know how long a job will take ahead of time due to the soil and ground conditions, but when we get to a job site we always finish the job before moving on (even if it takes longer than expected). I am sure you would not have been happy if we left your job unfinished to go to another job site. We did reschedule your appointment to the following day and made it a priority to complete your job to avoid further rescheduling.
As for the cleanliness of the site, post hole digging is not a clean service. As evidence by the pictures on our website unfortunately we do leave the soil onsite next to the posts and the concrete that is shoveled into the holes will never be spotless. As for the different heights of the posts, I should mention that the posts will never be exactly the same height due to the grading of the property and because a motorized auger cannot be controlled to that precision of depth, however, once the cement dries the posts can be cut down to the appropriate length. And finally, our prices do not include leveling or squaring the footings as it does take much longer to square and level the footing. If you had told the crew that you needed the footings leveled and squared they absolutely would have done this for you. In fact, all of these issues could have, and should have, been addressed while the contractor was still on site as you were asked to do both in the confirmation email you received when you booked the job and in the confirmation call you received the day before the appointment.
I apologize that you were unhappy with the service we provided, I wish we would've heard about your concerns so we could make the necessary correction.
None the less, thank you for your feedback.
Best wishes,
