The De pontes are the best, no other way to put it. We bought a house that had been gutted and redone, however still needed a few upgrades. We knew the roof needed repairing, which we thought was going to be a major job, however The De Pontes completed it on budget, within the time they guaranteed and with very little mess to our yard or disruptions to our neighbours.
Our backyard needed a complete overhaul and to say we got the outdoor space of our dreams is an understatement!! They transformed our space to an oasis where we have held many parties and made lasting memories. The De Pontes are the real deal. They are professional, courteous and most of all honest. The quality of their work cannot be beat and They will deliver on what they promise to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

An absolutely great team to work with. Needed to remodel our main bathroom, replace hardwood and carpet throughout the house, and paint all the rooms. This was our first ever major renovation, and everything had to be done before our new baby arrived, so my wife and I were already stressed even before we picked a contractor.

We met with the De Pontes at our house, shared our vision for the final product, and within a few days we were discussing three very detailed and tailored bathroom layouts/design options. Everything we had asked for was incorporated in their quotes, so it was really up to us as to the scope, timing, and cost.

Once the work started, Rob and Helen did a great job of briefing us on the progress and timelines of each major component of the renovation. Throughout, they were very transparent about potential issues, associated costs that could arise, etc., but they also ensured that we discussed contingency plans. This gave us a lot of confidence that they were well-prepared for the worst-case scenario. Halfway through, we even felt courageous enough to add in a few more items to the original scope, and they had no issues incorporating those.

Rob and Helen proved to be extremely reliable, professional, and creative. Their work is high quality, and as a plus, we came in on budget and on time. Thanks Rob and Helen for going the extra mile to make our experience such a positive one!
