The pilot light would not stay on and had Gregg's come out. The technicians called before they arrived to let me know they would be here in about 15 minutes and showed up within the time window that I was told (between 7am-11am).
Both technicians were very professional, helpful and great at explaining what was going on. It took them a bit to figure out the issue as everything tested good. In the end they replaced the circuit board and it fired right up!
Am super happy with the service and would highly recommend Gregg's as well as these technicians to anyone I know. Thank you for keeping my house warm! A+++++++ service!
