I was solicited for the annual furnace and air conditioner checkup by Cosmopolitan which I agreed. About a week after the service, during a hot spell I found the air conditioner was not working. I called for service but the technician failed to show. In frustration I called another company whose technician came that evening and found the refrigerant was low. He topped it up and I have had no problem since.
