I wanted to replace and modernize most of my ground floor which consIsted of old style glossy white tiles and cheap engineered laminate covering similar tiles. I hired Creative to help me in new large format ceramic tile selection and to manage the installation. She brought in an excellent contractor who removed the old flooring, created a new base and lay the new tiles. The job was completed on time and on budget and the workmanship was excellent. It was a pleasure working with Creative Interiors who I would recommend to anyone contemplating any home renovation work.

Roz did a great job decorating my kitchen, dining and living room areas. I am absolutely delighted with the final outcome.

Roz sourced a bespoke sofa, plus 2 chairs. She designed a custom dining table, coffee table and side tables. The suppliers that Roz uses are reliable and trustworthy. Its obvious, she has a long history with these trades. This gave me, as a client, a comfort level that they were going to come through with my order, exactly as ordered and in a timely fashion.
Roz also sourced custom counter stools and a consul table, which tied the whole room together.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roz from Creative Interiors, to anyone that's looking for a designer. Roz is the best!

I met with Roz from Creative Interiors in October 2023 to help me redecorate my open concept living room and dining room, I was also considering having my kitchen cupboards painted. I had never hired a decorator before and was looking forward to it. When Roz came to my home for a one hour consultation, she said that I needed to change all my living room furniture and at minimum my dining room chairs. I then met her at a manufacturing company that she dealt with where she said she got wholesale pricing. I picked out 2 living room chairs, an ottoman and a dining room chair that I needed 6 of. I received and email from Roz with the pricing for the items and Roz indicated I needed to pay her directly. I thought the price was very high for wholesale pricing and only ordered 2 living room chairs and matching fabric for cushions. I paid Roz directly, no invoice. I also received 2 quotes for painting the kitchen cupboards, the quotes were 14 K and 8 K so I passed. The chairs were ready in good time in December. Afterwards I received a few emails from Roz where she told me I was making a big mistake not ordering the ottoman and dining room chairs, I found the emails condescending. She also made it clear that she was disappointed that she had spent so much time on my account and I only ordered 2 chairs. The whole process was not what I had expected when I hired a decorator. I am submitting this review now because she has asked me 3 times to submit a review since I received my order in December of 2023.

Working with Roz has been a delight. Shes given us great advice, been patient with our busy lives, and connected us with high quality stores and tradespeople for new living room and dining room furniture, painting, potlights, electronic blinds, kitchen appliances, etc. When one part of our project didnt go as expected, Roz dealt with it first thing on a Sunday morning to resolve it - the mark of a dedicated professional. Our kitchen reno is next and we have full confidence in Roz and her hard working crew.

Simply put, Roz is the best! She is professional, responsive and so very easy to work with. Her trades people are equally professional. Roz has very creative suggestions which she nicely blends with her client needs. We started off with the simple suggestion of a shelving unit and, thanks to Roz, ended up with a beautiful and functional wall to wall media unit which was made to accommodate my very outdated music collection, turntable and all. The unit also included a beautiful fireplace, lovely lighting, functionality and even storage. Roz coordinated everything in a timely manner and approved the project every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Roz for any design/decorating project. You can depend on Roz and her contractors to follow through and give you that "wow factor". Thanks so much Roz!!! I love it!!!

We are very happy with how Roz helped us take our entryway from bland builder-basic to recreating the charactered feeling of our century home. She helped us design wainscoting that looks like it was original to the house, pick appropriate paint colours and lighting, and design two ottomans, one for storage in the entryway. Roz also connected us with a closet designer to create a custom closet by the front door. The first impression on entering the house is so much warmer and more welcoming! And importantly, suits the age of our home.

We are pleased with the end result. It just took longer than we thought it would due to a supplier backlog. Roz is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.

Roz took us furniture shopping where she helped us pick out a dining room set and some bar stools that were custom made for our dining room. The furniture, stains, materials turned out beautifully and fit our space perfectly. Roz is very personable and we have enjoyed working with her.

Roz was delightful and a pleasure to work with. She promptly connected us with a professional who made us a beautiful table for our dining room. She is full of wonderful ideas, listens and is open to suggestions. I would strongly recommend her for any interior decorating needs! Justyna

We hired Roz to help with various interior decorating projects we have, and she has been great! Very responsive, good communication. Most recently, she found the perfect table for my husband's home office that even matched the wood stain of the fireplace mantle in that room.
