Hi Marie,
Thank you for your review.
The way you described the situation
was not exactly the way it was.
Your home is a modern open concept,
which had a variety of mismatched pieces
of furniture, along with some odd Wayfair
small tables.
You asked for a more cohesive look,
that reflected the style of the house.
I gave you ideas, that would help to
give the vision that you were looking for
for. You distinctly said I don't need an
invoice.
After taking you to my manufacturer,
where the intention was to have a new sofa and two swivel chairs custom made. You decided straight away you only needed the two chairs and an ottoman.
After selecting a lovely fabric for custom dining room chairs & ottoman, you changed
your mind. Ultimately, you purchased the 2
chairs & some matching fabric for cushions that your sister was going to make.
The existing yellow 1980's leather sofa needed to be replaced, it was a shame you
changed your mind along with the fabric which I suggested, which could have been used to recover your dining room chairs, to give an updated look.
As you were in Florida for a number of
weeks, you asked me to pick up the
payment at your friends near the airport
which was not convenient, I was trying
my best to accommodate you.
You asked for a quote to have your kitchen cupboards repainted.I mentioned at the
time, it would be expensive, as you had
a huge amount of doors & drawers.
I had the feeling you didn't want to spend
the money, but you asked for a quote
anyway.I asked two trades to submit
quotes, as you requested,
I hope you're enjoying your gorgeous new
bespoke chairs and wish you a pleasant
summer.
Best regards
Roz
