Dr Handyman

Mark is very professional, does excellent work. I have been looking for a handyman for a long time. He has done multiple jobs for me already, all great work. Looking forward to do many more jobs around the house.

The wood under my bay window had deteriorated. Mark removed the rotted wood and replaced it. He also repaired deck stairs. His workmanship is excellent. He pays attention to the details and the end result is beautiful and functional. He took care to collect all the debris and garbage upon finishing the job. He was prompt and courteous. I wish I had found him years ago. Highly recommend him!

Helpful, hard working, Mark did an excellent job staining our 5 year old deck and some interior painting. Clean, meticulous, I would highly recommend Mark.

Mark was able to put up a 4 post pergola all by himself which was very impressive. He clearly knew what he was doing! He collected and removed all garbage after the job was finished. I would definitely hire him again.

I asked Mark if he could urgently help my father Mount a cabinet, which he agreed to. My dad also ended up asking him to do some trim and caulking, which took 2.5 hours. Mark only charged for the two hours, which was very kind of him. He responded quickly and my dad had only good things to say about him. I would happily hire Mark again, if he does work in Toronto I may use him in the future.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and a strong communicator. It's a huge plus to open your door to a contractor and be greeted with a smile and nice conversation.

Mark was very clear in breaking down the cost for the various tasks I had to get done and did a great job putting in a new electrical outlet, moving an existing one, patching everything up and and running the wires beautifully. He also installed new toilets and disposed of the old ones, replaced faucets in the garage and backyard and diagnosed an annoying issue with one of our lights, turns out I wired it wrong originally. :)

At the end of the day all the mess was cleaned up and my wife and I are happy campers. Don't hesitate to have Mark tackle your projects. I will definitely be calling him again.
