Dr handyman solved my problem .
When it rained heavily, water got into the Patio door, and finally Dr handyman fixed it.
He is very professional and responsible. Highly recommended.

Mark showed up as planned and quickly identified the issues we were having and fixed it in a timely manner. Also provided additional info on recommended options to fix another issue I had him look at.

When we first moved into our new home over a year ago, we contacted Mark to help with installing our kitchen faucet and putting up chandeliers and light fixtures for us. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was done perfectly and to our satisfaction. He didn't rush the job and took his time.

Fast forward to this weekend, we contacted Mark to help with the finishing touches for our home renovations (Installing vanity lights for bathrooms, hanging vanity mirrors and pictures, installing towel bars and toilet paper holders, caulking). He is such a perfectionist and took his time to ensure that everything was done properly.

We moved to our new home and needed many things to be done. We were very happy with Dr Handyman. He is very skillful in many different things. The work included;
-electricity
-plumbing
-furniture installation
-water filter installation

Dr Handyman's work was clean and organized. Communication was very easy with text messages. We hired dr handyman for 2 days. When we had a issue with something, he came and fixed it on the same day.

We will definitely call him again when we need any kind of job at home.

Mark Sanz was very professional and very knowledgeable about the removal of a microwave that was in cabinet and mounted to a wall. He was thorough and we appreciated his help…we are seniors and he was most respectful!

Mark was on time, systematic, and very organized in his work. I would highly recommend him for any type of smaller jobs seeing he is doing the work himself.

I had my kitchen cupboards painted and when they took the doors off they weren’t put back on properly. The painter couldn’t fix them properly. I hired Dr handyman to realign them. Mark answered my email promptly and came the next day and fixed them. One door had to be taken off and re drilled. It took 1 hour and they are perfect. Thank you Mark.

Mark helped me recaulking the shower room and the kitchenncounter and sink.
He Also repainted part of the bathroom wall because we changed the mirror light.
He carefully remove all the stuff and finished all the tasks beautifully. He also cleaned the area he worked with very well. And put everything he moved for his work back to the original place.
