I've got Homecrest to finish three basements for me now. My first, a small town house basement to my last being the basement of a 26000 sq foot home with a much more complicated lay out. All three have been great! I would totally recommend this company. Very insiteful and easy to
deal with.

We have undertaken four major renovations on our home over the last decade. Our most recent was .with Homecrest. We had worked with Dave Callaghan on another project and that great experience helped put our minds at ease for our basement reno.

This was the most stress-free project that we completed and a lot of that was due to Dave. He was always very approachable, very calm, and very professional. Any questions were answered promptly. The job started on time and was completed on time and Dave was on-site every day. It was exciting to come home to see the progress that was being made. And the quality of the work was top-notch.

Bathroom, laundry room, TV room, play area, exercise room. Of all the areas in the house, our basement is where we spend the most time. It has been two years since the work was completed and we still love our basement!

We were very happy with the ideas put forth by Dave Callaghan and his design for our backyard. He made excellent recommendations with products, as well as the overall layout.

Although we orginally thought we would have to wait until September for our patio install, Dave and his crew squeezed us in and completed the job in 2 days. We are thrilled with the results and spend all of August eating al fresco!

Precise construction did an amazing job at relandscaping our backyard. They provided excellent, timely service and stayed on budget. Very reliable service that we will use again. They provided us with renderings and visual snapshots of the proposed changes. Our finished product looked remarkably the same. They stayed in contact with us and ensured that any changes were approved prior to implementation. In addition they provided excellent suggestions based on our needs. The result was an excellent finished product that we are very happy with.

Precise construction designed and installed interlocking stone patio and walkway. I had originally specified a plain rectangular patio with a straight walkway. Dave suggested a more interesting design with a curving patio and walkway. He and his crew competed the entire job in just two days. I appreciated the minimal disruption and have enjoyed how my backyard has been enhanced.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Dave and his team at Precise Landscaping. We had a flagstone walkway installed leading to the front door and around to the side of the house, a new step up to our porch and some decorative rocks put in. Dave came up with a design we loved and then did a fantastic job of making it a reality. His whole team were hard workers and they had the job done in days. We plan on hiring Precise Landscaping again in the future.

I hired Precise Construction to build an entrance walkway where there was none and was so please with the construction experience and results that I hired them back a month later to rebuild the side walk, which was much more of a job. All my neighbours commented on how lovely the walks looked and even other contractors noted the quality job. They were reliable, honest, accommodating and hardworking. If only I had the space for a pool, I would have them back in a hurry.

I would highley recommend Dave and his crew! My prevoius landcaping was a little out dated. I also wasnt sure what I wanted to have done. Dave got a plan together very quickly and I loved it!!. The whole crew was punctual,professional and all very happy to be doing what they do best, and boy did it show!! My landcaping looks amazing and I wouldnt have had it done any other way. hmmmmm...now what else can I get done :)

We just bought a new home and as with most new houses there was no curb appeal, just a rectangle of grass. We contacted PRECISE CONSTRUCTION on a referral from a neighbour. They met with us and suggested a curving interlocking walkway with a double border of pavers along the driveway , a sitting area and some large natural stone boulders. They created some flower beds and finnished the project with some low maintenance plantings. What a transformation!!!! We have had nothing but compliments on our lovely entrance. Thank you so much to the whole crew!

I would highly recommend Dave and his crew at Precise. I was so pleased with the work done on my front walkway and garden that I had them come back and redesign and landscape my very sad looking backyard. The transformation was incredible. It is now my favourite place to spend time with family and friends.
