Rep Jim Butler in St. Marys was very helpful and very pleasant, as were the installers. Work was done before the scheduled installation date, and follow-up was prompt! The window quality is first class!

We have a 100 year old Victorian home with stained glass over the front window, they took it away, cleaned it and remanufactured it inside a triple glaze window. It looks so much better than before, and the lower part can now be opened.

Having hired this company to replace our front entry doors and being very satisfied with quality and workmanship, we trusted them to replace our patio doors. Since installation, we have had nothing but problems with quality of the patio doors. The problems have escalated and the doors need to be replaced. However, in spite of 18 months remaining on warranty, customer service refuses to honour their promise.

Windows installed on June 12, 2014. Windows don't close and telephone call to the company with no response. Hardware problems with the windows, Never ever hire deluxe windows, because I have bitter experience with the company. Worst experience with the sales person, I need to replace my windows again. So much loss, but callous attitude of the company.

I was told by the salesman Mike that the Deluxe SS storm door comes with a pet mesh screen as a standard feature as the screen is at the bottom of the door and not at the top like most doors. After installation I spoke to the salesman about the screen being a regular screen and not a pet mesh screen. He suggested that I call the service office. I was told by the service office that there is nothing they can do as that is what I ordered. I then spoke to Benny, the Manager about my request to have the regular screen changed to a pet mesh and he said that his experienced salesman would not tell me that the pet mesh was a standard feature of this door, but as an option at an additional cost. I spoke to the salesman again and he denied telling that the pet mesh was a standard feature. Very dishonest! I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish i could not be any happier, the quality of the windows are amazing, I got so many quotes and went to so many showrooms and still Deluxe's new Diamond series still rated highest from all the companies i saw. The installation was quick and clean, super friendly installers. Nathan Thomas help us greatly with making this decision and actually explained the windows were as every other salesperson just measured and quoted. If you want quality windows and service CALL DELUXE WINDOWS. Highly recommended.
