Liberty Security

I researched quite a few security companies and Liberty Security had amazing reviews which is why I called them. They definitely lived up to them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and was not a pushy salesman at all. The technician was great and customer service exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend them.

Liberty was great from the consultation (no up-sell) to the installation (punctual and professional). The monitor and mobile app is very easy to use. I would recommend Liberty to my family and friends.

I had 2 separate systems installed. Very easy to use and works very well. Through the app I am able to check on and even arm either system. The company is also very easy to deal with.

I phoned Liberty Security Systems after having my home broken into and robbed. Cole was very professional and understanding. He was able to send technicians the next day to install my new home security system. The technicians were efficient and friendly. Joshua was very patient with me and showed me how to monitor and control the system from my iPhone. They cleaned up after themselves and left only when I was completely satisfied. I use my new security system every day and I'm able to monitor it remotely using my iPhone. It has brought me much peace of mind since my break-in.

I would like to heartily recommend Liberty’s 6-star customer service and the wonderful product!
Since I am away from home a lot, I planned to have outdoor security system installed so I could monitor my home via my smart phone wherever I was. I did research on Internet and found 10/10 customer reviews on Liberty Security System. Liberty's customer service was exceptional right from the initial "request for quote" call through to the installation. Cole was communicative, honest, professional and responsible. He paid visits at my home a few times to check out the house and discussed the camera installation strategy and ensured the best way to install the cameras. Duo to my ‘wacky’ working schedule, I was not always in Calgary. Cole worked with my schedule and even came to meet me and my boyfriend by taking his personal time. He proposed the product and way of installation had the best result with the least expensive cost. Josh, the technician was awesome. He was punctual, professional, quick-working and patient. Josh did a perfect job on installing our cameras. He left the work site clean and organized. He set up the application my on both my laptop and mobile device and ensured everything worked well. I am glad that I made a right decision of choosing Liberty. My family appreciated Liberty’s quality products and customer service. We would highly recommend Liberty for anyone who is looking to install a home security system.

Dealing with liberty and having them installing two different alarm system was a great choice that I made. I did lots of research before I chose liberty. Dealing with Cole was great, he will give a great advice without trying to sell more than you need and transparent. As well as, the installer Jousha was great person to deal with during the installation of the system. I have had the system for a week and I love the ease of use and the peace of mind that I currently have.

I received easy access to staff for my questions. When a motion type of security was not the answer to my security system a quick alternative was found and installed at no cost to myself. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. Cost value is very good.

Positive experience with Liberty Security. After reviewing HomeStars, I called Liberty and spoke with Cole.
Cole reviewed my needs for the security system, then provided a quote with installation. The product panel and sensors are very good and it was installed as scheduled. Joshua was the technician doing the installation. He was happy to advise on sensor and panel placement. I called the help center for a certificate follow-up and they were nice as well.

Very happy with the installation of our new security system. Everyone from the Liberty Rep to the installation crew have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Excited to be able to control our alarm system from our mobile devices.

We had Liberty install our security system and have nothing but great things to say. The installation was quick and with so many wireless components, hardly invasive on the house at all. The equipment has all functioned as expected without issue and anytime we've have any trouble making a change or updating codes, their support has been fantastic.
